Your request is under review and a 14-day extension of time is necessary under Government Code Section 7922.535 to determine whether your request seeks copies of disclosable public records in CDCR’s possession. The extension of time is necessary due to: The need to search for and collect the requested records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing the request.
