Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. The number of arrests made by California Highway Patrol Officer Jamie Simonian, #22500, from between July 20, 2021, through July 20, 2023, with a breakdown of the Race, Ethnicity, and/or National Origin of the arrested individual(s).
2. The number of vehicle stops initiated by California Highway Patrol Officer Jamie Simonian, #22500, from between July 20, 2021, through July 20, 2023, with a breakdown of the Race, Ethnicity, and/or National Origin of the driver of the vehicles stopped.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I am not available to clarify any of these requests by phone. Please send all follow up communications in writing by e-mail.
