You arrested a person for running this traffic brake but video evidence does not substantiate it and you still allow for car to be towed and victim to spend the night in Santa Rita I don't need video evidence to know this you are aware as well yet you don't advice the DA and DMV to suspend action. Should you not face face charges for these failure to act?

Where is the video? CHP officers conducted a speed trap in the Caldecott Tunnel after vehicle cleared and CHP fully aware and engage in a cover up.

From: Joe Mama

Complete disregard for victims. Using this hollowed ground to entrap motorist proves CHP is the enemy of the people of California and failure to act condones unlawful behavior. https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/40th-anniversary-of-Caldecott-Tunnel-fire-17037648.php

#CaldecottTunnel Eastbound Hwy 24 halfway inside the left tunnel (bore 2), there's a stalled motorcycle blocking the left lane. Traffic is backed up before Broadway. Thanks to Peter of the #KCBSPhoneForce for the tip. #KCBSTraffic No vehicle passed this yet you made arrest you are foul and should be sent to prison. You know your officers engaged in criminal activity but do nothing. CHP is shameless with zero credibility and the courts should recognize them as a terrorist organization. If this criminal organization does not condone this behavior why have you not acted? You must review allegations of criminal behavior so why did this false case slip through the cracks? What actions if any have been taken to ensure protection of citizens in the future?

From: Joe Mama

Yes I am taunting you because I m fully aware of officer misconduct and your failure to act after being advised.

From: Joe Mama

Bullshit, Bullshit, Bullshit. "I, a member of the California Highway Patrol, subscribe in word and deed to the following:

To serve the United States of America and the State of California honestly, and conscientiously; and fulfill my oath as a soldier of the law;

To uphold and maintain the honor and integrity of the California Highway Patrol;

Be loyal to my fellow officers; respect and obey my seniors in rank; and enforce the law without fear, favor, or discrimination;

Assist those in peril or distress, and, if necessary, lay down my life rather than swerve from the path of duty;

My personal conduct shall at all times be above reproach and I will never knowingly commit any act that will in any way bring discredit upon the California Highway Patrol or any member thereof;

To all of this I do solemnly pledge my sacred honor as an Officer of the California Highway Patrol."

Where is Pas offered? In the office as the State Chemical test?

From: Joe Mama

Warrantless forced blood draw zero alcohol found in results. People are going to jail and not the cops administrators that cover up.

From: Joe Mama

Allegations have been made of impropriety and you can now file civil suit but you won't because you are guilty as charged. CHP covers up unlawful police activity.

The public has radio communication showing the #2 bore was cleared and open before the false arrest was made in a second unnecessary traffic break conducted to meet DUI quota. We are saddened that officers are forced to submit to such tactics to retain their jobs we have no animus towards them. We hope quality DUI arrests are made and valued not quantity of arrests that might effect the innocent. . Admit fault, take action and work to regain the public trust. https://scanrad.io/c/43/activity?playfrom=1679181300&fbclid=IwAR3ZG_AlXlHTNgO7l_2jRm_t_zeTj0ISzVEgutQmjJK0FiLWXXoxpOGZbJI
