Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a copy of the contract signed between the Long Beach State Men’s Basketball Athletic program and the vendor who will provide services for the 2019 Long Beach State Men’s Basketball tour to Costa Rica from August 12 to August 19. If available, I am also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Dear Brian Ratzliff:
We received your California Public Records Act Request (attached) for "a copy of the contract signed between the Long Beach State Men's Basketball Athletic program and the vendor who will provide services for the 2019 Long Beach State Men's Basketball tour to Costa Rica from August 12 to August 19... also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip."
Under Government Code section 6253, we will conduct a reasonable search for the records identified, and we will make available for your inspection all public records (see, Sections 6254 and 6255) that are responsive.
We will contact you when these records are available. We will redact from them personal and otherwise privileged information. If you wish us to provide you with paper or scanned electronic copies of these records, the CSU charge is .20 cents per page. Once the records are gathered, we can advise you as to the exact number of pages encompassed by your request. Copies will be made available to you upon receipt of payment. If you wish instead to inspect the original records once they have been identified, a mutually convenient date will be arranged.
