Good morning Mr. Dorman,

I am in receipt of your request for public records and I need to clarify from you whether this request should include wards from the Division of Juvenile Justice. As soon as I hear back from you we can begin the process of reaching out to the various units for the documents you requested.

I also need to clarify the time period you are looking at since your subject line indicates January 1, 2017 through August 15, 2018 but your request below asks for records from January 1, 2016 through January 1, 2019.

Thank you and I look forward to your reply.
