Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide all of the following:
1. All complaints, communications, letters, investigations, findings, closure letters, and any other document, concerning any complaint about attorney Thomas Myers, SBN 176008.
2. All complaints, communications, letters, investigations, findings, closure letters, and any other document, concerning any complaint about disbarred attorney Joseph Alan Hendrix, SBN 131556.
3. All complaints, communications, letters, investigations, findings, closure letters, and any other document, concerning any complaint about Douglas Lawrence Mahaffey, SBN 125980.
4. All complaints, communications, letters, investigations, findings, closure letters, and any other document, concerning any complaint about Steven Quintanilla, SBN 161578.
5. All complaints, communications, letters, investigations, findings, closure letters, and any other document, concerning any complaint about Arnold Glasman, SBN 80095.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
