Documentation from Case

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

On 11/15/1990, a body was located inside the park. Using DNA found at the crime scene, Parabon Labs reconstructed a possible suspects facial features for the department. It's possible the case number for this is 04-04589. I am looking for:

- investigative, incident, or internal memos about the 1990 incident
- any emails or contracts with the company parabon nanolabs since 2016
- emails, internal memos or directives about Snapshot DNA Phenotyping and facial reconstruction since 2016
- emails, internal memos or directives, investigative reports directives containing the phrase "Prediction Results" or "Phenotype Report"
- emails between or communications between Detective Chris Feliciano and the NCRIC about the 1990 incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
