The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As required by California Government Code section 6253, CSU, Chico is conducting a reasonable search, and all non-privileged/non-exempt records (as more fully defined in Sections 6254 and 6255 of the Government Code) responsive to your request will be made available for your inspection. Please be aware that redaction may be required to protect personal or otherwise privileged information.
If you wish to obtain copies of the records (irrespective of the format in which they are produced), the CSU charge is 20 cents per page (see Section 6253(b)). We will advise you as to the exact number of pages and will require payment from you in advance of any duplication. You may also choose to inspect the records at our campus.
