Communications between Janet Napolitano and Joseph Aoun (UCAL)

I would like to follow up on my request, PRA 14-1022, regarding communications between Janet Napolitano and Joseph Aoun. You were kind enough to provide me with three messages -- two from Mr. Aoun to Ms. Napolitano and one from Ms. Napolitano to Mr. Aoun.

I am curious, though, whether there were ever responses sent as a result of those communications. Did Ms. Napolitano never respond to Mr. Aoun's messages, and vice versa?

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all communications since July 18, 2013 between Janet Napolitano and Joseph Aoun, president of Northeastern University.

I also request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
