California - O&G Comms re: Prop 30

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

1. Any and all written or electronic communications regarding the 2012 Proposition 30 ballot initiative to and from representatives of or lobbyists for any and all of the following: Aera Energy, Occidental Petroleum, Plains Exploration and Production, Berry Petroleum, Macpherson Oil, E&B Natural Resources, Shaw Environmental, CB&I, Vaquero Energy, Breitburn Energy, ConocoPhillips, PG&E, Venoco, Signal Hill Petroleum, Seneca Resources, Naftex Operating Company, California Independent Petroleum Association, Pacific Coast Energy Company, or GWF Power Systems

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
