Mr. Higgins,
We have a large stack of documents in response to your request. I have not
yet counted the pages, but at 10 cents per page I think the fees will be
somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 to $150. Please advise how you would

I'm following up on the following California Public Records Act request,
copied below, and originally submitted on Oct. 24, 2015. You had previously
indicated that it would be completed on Nov. 18, 2015. I wanted to check on
the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated
completion date.

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3
(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Communications and documents related to the development and use of the
BARTmobile vehicle and character, including public communications about
BARTmobile.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would
inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would
prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available
or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar
days, as the statute requires.
