To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, ยง 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Good morning Ms. Madrid,
I am emailing you back regarding the status of your Public Records Act request. I'm not sure which request you're inquiring about. I believe it is the one about the Florence, Arizona contract, but I'm not sure. We don't have any record of having received your payment for that request. Would you please call or email me back with clarification?

Good morning Kathryn,

I did receive the packet of requested documents in the mail. Thank you for sending them. It appears that there may be documents missing. The package did not contain documents pertaining to the non contract renewal institution "Florence" inmate transfer agreements referenced in the contracts. There were no documents indicating costs of housing inmates in Florence. No plans or progress reports pertaining to inmate relocation- timelines. No custody agreements and or instructions for controlling custody regulations after the expired contract. Please advise on the documents pertaining to Florence after CCA-CDCR expired contract at Florence.

Thank you,
Bonnie Madrid
