Dear Mr. Lindsey-Poland:

The attached document entitled Assets 2015_2021 resulted in a search from our asset management system for the requested time period for items requested in 1 and 2 below.

In response to numbers 1 and 2: We do not keep purchase records in a format that is searchable by specific items.

We searched for the vendors that we typically use to purchase such equipment and found the attached invoices that best match your request for invoices from 2016 through 2021. This search resulted in producing individual invoices that have been reviewed to ensure the documents meet the criteria given. As we cannot search individual items purchased on a credit card the items do not show up in a typical search and most likely we are producing an incomplete list.

In response to number 3, we have 3 responsive documents:
Redacted face page of case number 20-000174, “Flashbang” deployed
Redacted face page of case number 20-001076, teargas and 40 mm deployed
Redacted face page of case number 21-001052, 40 mm deployed

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Dear Ms. Parsons,

Thanks so much for your help with this request. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and creativity in responding, in view of how purchase records are not organized according to the categories I requested.

Sincerely,
John Lindsay-Poland
