To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In the wake of the Camp Fire in California, many displaced persons took refuge in a Walmart parking lot in Chico, CA (2044 Forest Ave). On November 16, these displaced persons were asked to evacuate the parking lot and find proper shelter. On November 18, buses began to evacuate people to local shelters. Media reports allege that it is unclear who gave the order to direct people away from the parking lot and mobilize buses to help transport people to local shelters. (https://www.chicoer.com/2018/11/16/camp-fire-evacuees-to-be-booted-out-of-chico-walmart-tent-city/).

Therefore, I am requesting the following records related to the evacuation of displaced persons from the Walmart parking lot on 2044 Forest Ave in Chico, CA:
- Any e-mails, text messages, or electronic communications between Thursday, November 8 and Tuesday, November 20 that mention Walmart, the Walmart parking lot, or the Walmart location at 2044 Forest Ave, Chico, CA.
