Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

All calls for service in July 2015. Please include all segregable data, including, but not limited to, the date/time at which the call was made, the nature of the reported incident, the officer description of the incident, the number of officers/personnel deployed to the scene, the address of the call, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I am in receipt of your revised request, however I have a couple of questions.

1. Will the format of the sample report I sent to you work for what you are looking for? If so there are approximately 62 pages. Should you want each individual report there are approximately 355, all subject to the preparation time and fees noted in the previous letter.

2. Is there something specific you are looking for that maybe I can search for another way?

Please let me know what works best for you and I will let you know how we will proceed from there.
