Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Name redacted, full academic year grade reports for the years of 2014-2017 for the following: Students enrolled in Math 7 at Buffalo Public School #154 City Honors, taught by Allayne Yeostros. Please indicate Minority/Underrepresented students within the documentation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
