Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

All emails, internal memo's, Powerpoint presentations, transcripts, audio recordings of statements related to the termination of Zachary Flamberg by Broward County Sheriff's Command Staff, Administrative Staff, Internal Affairs and Disciplinary Conference and Pre-Disciplinary Conference. From January 1, 20012 through May 1, 2013.

1) All internal and external documents that have Zachary Flamberg either in subject line, body of text, comments area etc. From January 1, 20012 through May 1, 2013.

2) All emails and related documents between the following employee's with subject line or body of text or To: or From: designation related to Zachary Flamberg, Randy Feischer: From January 1, 20012 through May 1, 201.3

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
