5. The policy manual of the police department.
6. The current union contract between the city and any police unions.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days. Here are the totals for #1 & #2. The data is not broken down by type. Year
2013- 790
2014- 858
2015- 943
2016- 1023
2017- 1001
2018- 1015
As the data is not broken down by type as stated above, #3, #4, #7, #8 would be very costly. You would have to request all the use of force reports (see above quantities) and read through each to see how many meet the various criteria you have specified. Use of force reports are typically 5 pages each.  With accompanying documentation, each case would be about 20 pages. Per FSS, there's a cost for duplication of $.15 per page single-sided/$.20 double-sided.  Additionally, labor charges would be applied for review and redaction of exempt information from the documentation. Feel free to contact our PIO office at 954-831-8300 to discuss if there's another way we can help you obtain the data you are looking for. #5 has been released to our online Public Records Center . You can log into the system and download your responsive records. #6 is pending. Information that is confidential and exempt from public disclosure is redacted according to Florida law. For a more detailed summary of any applied redactions, please review the summary on the final page of the released record. Sincerely, Broward Sheriff's Office
