To whom it may concern:
Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law, Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995), I hereby request the following records within this date range:
Start Date: June 1, 2015
End Date: September 30, 2017
1. All email correspondence sent to and from Michael Jorgenson.
2. All email correspondence sent to and from Emmanuel Espinal.
3. All email correspondence sent to and from Scott Carrico.
4. All email correspondence sent to and from Peter Bouchard.
It is my understanding that these four individuals are either current or former employees of the Broward County Office of Public Communications.
I assume the emails will be provided as a Microsoft Outlook .pst file and if so, I prefer to receive four separate .pst files containing the emails, one for each of the individuals named above.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com and is not for commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me in advance of the total charges for fulfilling my request.
My preference is for this request to be fulfilled electronically, by e-mail attachment(s) if possible.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I respectfully request a response within ten (10) business days.
