This message is in response to your letter dated May 1st, 2017 outlining the estimated fees to process public records request requests@muckrock.com. In an effort to decrease the amount of County staff time and fees related to fulfilling the request please narrow the search criteria as follows:
1.) Instead of extracting emails from 16 mail boxes please provide the requested emails from these eight Broward County current and former employees:

To repeat, this request was for "All contracts, maintenance agreements, bid proposals, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, vendor performance evaluations and/or other documents involving Pro Sound & Video, Inc. that were administered by the Broward County Office of Public Communications from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2017."
In your May 1st response you indicated that some records may be exempt from public inspection. When responding to this letter with a revised fee estimate please elaborate on this statement, specifically addressing these questions:
1.) Under what Sunshine Law exemptions would the records being requested be withheld and/or redacted?
2.) Will you provide an explanation and/or summary of any records that are withheld and/or redacted?
3.) Will you provide a list of Broward County staff members who reviewed the records and made the decision to withhold, redact or exempt any records?
4.) Is there an appeal process in place at Broward County for challenging the decision to exempt records and if so what is this process?
Finally, we noticed the May 1st letter came from Margaret Stapleton, one of the individuals included in the records request. In order to avoid the appearance of any conflict of interest would it be appropriate for the eight employees identified in this request who are still employed with the County to recuse themselves from any involvement in the records review?
