To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Hello, I am requesting the phone call recordings that Aaron Hernandez made while he was incarcerated at the Bristol County Jail. Aaron Hernandez was a former NFL player for the New England Patriots.

The Boston Globe successfully attained these phone calls but they only released a few of these calls.

The reason I am requesting these phone recordings is because I am very interested in Aaron Hernandez’s case as I believe that there are many life lessons to be learned from it.

I kindly ask that every phone call Aaron made be included.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Nadim Saleh

Hello,

Thank you so much for your response.

Regarding the calls being redacted, I believe that the Boston Globe newspaper already got the calls uncensored and in full in 2018. They were also able to get the calls and the jail visitation calls in full and uncensored. According to them the amount of calls totalled over 900.

Not only this but individual civilians were also able to get the calls uncensored and in full, I believe that they only had to pay shipping for the CD’s to be sent from the jail.

Being that the Boston Globe newspaper and individual civilians were able to get the calls in full and uncensored I believe that I should be afforded the same curtesy. I say that respectfully.

Also considering the fact that ordinary civilians were able to get the calls and prison visit calls for a low fee, I believe that I should be able to get these calls for the same low fee.

I also tried to the request the calls and visitor calls via the jail 2 months ago but they haven’t responded which is why I am requesting this from you.

Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
