Thank you for your quick response.

Please consider this email a formal request for a written statement of the grounds for the denial of my Sunshine Request as per 610.023.4 RSMo.

Ms. Wrobel,

Again, thanks. I have read your response, however 610.023.4 RsMo requires that the statement of denial shall cite the specific provision of law under which access is denied. Your response does not do that.

I look forward to receiving your response.

Thank you,
Russel Neiss

From: Lori Wrobel

Mr. Neiss,

I have spoken to the Attorney General's office, and again, it is the opinion of the Attorney General of the State of Missouri, and the City of Brentwood that these records are considered closed.

We believe the Sunshine Law prohibits these records from disclosure in RsMO 610.100(3) when it states any portion of a record which would disclose techniques, procedures or guidelines for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions shall be closed.

Please see the attachments.

Thank you,
