A copy of the PUD and the approved Master Stormwater Report for Braselton Village.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Sandy,
I just left you a voicemail regarding this site. By "PUD", I meant the planned unit development, Braselton Village. We are currently working on due diligence for an outparcel within Braselton Village that borders Hwy 211. I wanted to see if you could provide me with a document that contains the regulations, such as setbacks, parking, etc., for this specific PUD as it doesn't seem to be accessible on the town website. I also wanted to follow up with you about a water and sewer availability request I sent Elma last week that she forwarded to you. If you'd prefer to speak with me on the phone (843-368-5238) or via email (bdelaney0908@fg-inc.net), please do as I know this message is a bit all over the place.

The request for approved plans for that portion of the CE PUD will need to be provided by Planning and Development. I’ve copied that Director on this email. He can also explain the nuances of the PUD to you.
