All timesheets of all employees of the Bosque County Sheriff's department, including but not limited to, the Sheriff, deputies, secretaries, from July 2023 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning,
I received your PIA request and need some clarification. Do the timesheets need to be divided into Bi-weekly as they are in payroll? The reason I ask, is I can run a single report that includes the times of all of the sheriff office employees from July 1, 2023 to present, but it would not be broken up into the bi-weekly timesheets. If this is ok, then there would not be a charge and I can email it back pretty quickly.
If you need it broken into Bi-weekly timesheets, then I would need to run several reports and it would take more time for me to create the requested info, so there would be a small charge for that.
Please clarify your request and if you need the bi-weekly reports I will provide you with an estimated cost.
