To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 66, Section 10, I'm requesting all executive session minutes generated by the Blackstone Board of Selectmen for the years 2015 through 2021.

Massachusetts law requires that executive session minutes be reviewed and released regularly, and that once the stated purpose for a particular executive session has ended, the minutes of the executive sessions are to be made public.

Please be advised that denial of this request, or redactions made to released materials must be accompanied by citations of the exemptions you believe allow you to withhold the information requested.

I'm requesting that any fees be waived, as I believe the release of these materials is in the public interest, however, if fees cannot be waived, I ask that you include a good faith estimate of the anticipated fees in your response. I also request that the materials be provided electronically in an email attachment, in either PDF or Microsoft Word so it will be easily searchable.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Erik S.

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, that was originally submitted on July 22, 2021. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed. In addition, if this request should be sent to a different email address, would you please inform me of the correct address of the Records Officer or someone who will be handling my request?

Thanks for your help, and please let me know if anything else is needed on my end.

Sincerely,
Erik S.

To whom this may concern:

I wanted to clarify my previous email was meant to say the request was on June 22, 2021, and not July 22, 2021. I apologize for any confusion that may have caused.

Sincerely,
