All communications, arrest records, complaints, and incident reports, including witness statements and/or narratives, that occurred at Irving School, 3501 Clinton Ave from 2016-2021
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have redacted some of the information included in our response. Please refer to the Freedom of Information Act for an explanation.
Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140)
Section 7(1)(b) Exemption (Private Information) "Private information" is defined as identifiers, including a person's social security number, driver's license number, employee identification number, biometric identifiers, personal financial information, passwords or other access codes, medical records, home or personal telephone numbers, and personal email addresses. Private information also includes home address and personal license plates, except as otherwise provided by law or when compiled without possibility of attribution to any person.
Section 7(1)(c) Exemption (Personal Information) "Personal information" contained within public records, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, unless the disclosure is consented to in writing by the individual subjects of the information. "Unwarranted invasion of personal privacy" means the disclosure of information that is highly personal or objectionable to a reasonable person and in which the subject's right to privacy outweighs any legitimate public interest in obtaining the information.
