Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the list of all active employees of the Township of Berwyn, as recent as possible. These records should contain the following fields:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Suffix
- Job Title
- Department
- Supervisor
- Initial hire date
- Most recent promotion date
- Salary for 2021 or most recent fiscal year
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Anonymous Requestor: Attached is the Township of Berwyn's response to your records request. We regret the delay in providing you the records. We were waiting for a response from the accounting firm to provide accurate salary information for the Township employees. That information was received today.
The elected Township Supervisor is the Chief Executive Officer of Berwyn Township and would have supervision over employee matters. I have included a list of elected officials and Resolution 1000820-01 that sets our salaries for the term of office. Andrea Dressel is the Operations Manager. The remaining employees would be classified as clerks though there are no formal job titles.
This completes your records request.
