Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the PRA, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any record of a UC Berkeley law school-hosted invitation, registration list, event sign-up, or RSVP for 3L student gatherings at the home of Dean Chemerinksy and his spouse during the week of April 8-12, 2024.

2. Any record (email, calendar invite, memorandum, invoice, or other similar document) showing a request from Dean Chemerinsky or Professor Fisk to UC Berkeley Law School for reimbursements, payment, or logistical support for meals, transportation, security, or other state-funded expenditures associated with with 3L gatherings at the Professors’ homes.

3. Any record indicating a report by Dean Chemerinsky or Professor Fisk reflecting Prof. Fisk’s physical conflict with a student at the professors’ home during a 3L invitation-only student event during the week of April 8-12, 2024.

Thank you in advance for your timely acknowledgement of and assistance with this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
