Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) I request any and all records regarding Sober Homes available for use by the Barnstable County Sheriff Correctional Facility to include, the addresses, contact information for any and all Sober Homes, Detox Programs, half houses or partial hospitalization programs, and /or any after care programs available, referred by or on behalf of anyone from the Barnstable County Sheriff Correctional facility from 2016 to present to include in state and out of state referrals and contact information.
2) The employment contract and total compensation, benefits and any "other payments" to Attorney Amy Kullar, In House Counsel BCSO, Richard COREY Jr, from 2022-2023 and documents naming from which accounts these funds were paid and all approval paperwork for payments.
3) I request the internal and/or public posting for the newly created Barnstable County Sheriff office, Administrative Deputy Superintendent (ADS) Training position to include any and all qualifications, job descriptions, responsibilities for the ADS of Training.
4) Any email sent from or to Donald Doyles official Barnstable sheriff email to all of the following : "Svetlana Marichal", "Ryan Woods," "Riley Doyle", "Michael Clancy", "Isabel Clancy", to or from any party with an email address including the "@fgrecoverycenters.com".
5) An email sent by ADS Kevin Fernandes, via his BSCO employee email on 10/4/2023 at 0103 hrs.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not made for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
