clause 26th, I hereby request the following records:

The Private Investigator's report on Jeff Perry, requested by
Barnstable County Sheriff's Office and as referenced by Sheriff
Cummings in this article in the Boston Herald:

request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by

and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial
usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you
