Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all course materials (including but not limited to textbooks, course guides, syllabi, handouts, Powerpoints, slide shows, presentations, audio recordings, video recordings, or homework assignments) associated with the threat liaison officer basic courses taught by the Austin Regional Intelligence Center on December 10, 2019 and December 12, 2019. The course was hosted by the Capital Area Council of Governments at 6800 Burleson Road, Building 310 Suite 165 Austin, TX 78744.

I also request the memorandum of understanding signed between the Austin Regional Intelligence Center and the Capital Area Council of Governments to host the above-referenced classes. If no memorandum of understanding exists, please provide the e-mail or other written communications between the Austin Regional Intelligence Center and the Capital Area Council of Governments arranging for these classes to be hosted at 6800 Burleson Road, Building 310 Suite 165 Austin, TX 78744.

I request that I be properly classified as a media requester. I am an investigative journalist who has written numerous articles on topics of public interest for Responsible Statecraft, the National Interest, Reason Magazine, America Magazine and the Armenian Weekly.
