Paulette is the sister in law of Sheriff's Captain Steve January. This request is because our Sheriff's department is under investigation by the Texas Rangers for corruption, fraud, double dipping, and theft. That the sister in law of the Captain of the Sheriff's department got special treatment in a "walk through" is worthy of release under the public information act. That this woman was in by nine and out by five like a dress shirt, while others languish in the jail and have to WAIT for a magistrate while she, on a Friday, checks in and right back out is wrong.

Of course the MCSO will fight this request, it is further evidence of corruption. This lady is driving a new LEXUS, she has money, not some broke minority, she just came from the BAYLOR CLUB and took a drink with her, there was also a bottle in her car. She admitted to being drunk and was involved in a one car roll over.

This is special treatment, the same kind of special treatment that they've been reported to law enforcement for giving.

Please release all the records, the timetable will show that this woman, the sister in law, party planner of our Sheriff's captain was given special, very special treatment.

Thank you, please help us make the corruption stop.
