All records related to Jeffrey S. Bromme in his professional capacity as an attorney, he is an employee of AdventHealth (also known as Adventist Health System and formerly known as Florida Hospital) as Chief Legal Officer and is or was a member of the Texas Bar, from 2010 to 2023 (present day). In the event that this request is overly broad or produces results in excess of 100, please let me know and I will clarify further. It is noted after reviewing responsive documents from the Florida Bar Association, that he is or was a member of the State of Texas Bar.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, though I grant permission for fees up to $25. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available. I request that any records maintained in an electronic format be provided in that same format (such as a PDF, CSV or XLS file), to avoid copying costs. If that is not possible, I prefer a CD-ROM or a USB drive as a secondary alternative.
