Thank you for your interest in public records maintained by the City of Aurora. On 9/17/2023, the City of Aurora received your request for public records and assigned the reference number F004208-091723 for tracking purposes. Your request will be processed in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq. To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All emails which include Ald. John Laesch as either the sender, recipient, CCed, or BCCed from January 1, 2020 to September 17, 2023 including at least one of the following keywords: "Fusus", "ShotSpotter", "Shot Spotter", "SoundThinking", "Sound Thinking", "Intelligence Center", "license plate readers", and/or "LPR." Please include any variations that are not case sensitive.

Please include all email attachments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
