Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All Audubon Park Police training materials

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Jared,

I look forward to working with you to provide the materials you are wanting. Most training materials for Audubon Park are contained at the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond, Kentucky. This is where our officers attend training. You may consider sending them a request as they are the official custodians of those records.

Pursuant to KRS 61.870, we need a form like the sample listed on the Kentucky Attorney General’s page, https://www.ag.ky.gov/Open%20Records%20Advisory/2021_Standardized_Open_Records_Request_Form_V3.pdf
This form must be signed along with a statement of your request and the manner that you are a Kentucky resident pursuant to KRS 61.870(10). Also, as your request is very broad in nature, please list a more descriptive detail of your request so I can make sure to provide you with the correct documentation and not cause any delay.
