-- All 911 calls (including call logs, audio and transcripts) arrest reports, and investigative records (including chronological records of events, property and evidence logs, witness lists, interview notes from officers examining the case, photos and videos included in the case file, search warrant affidavits, case summaries, and charges recommended to the prosecuting agency) referencing Odúbel Herrera (DOB: 9/24/1993) from 5/27/2019 and the date this message is received.

We're also requesting a FOIA log for related requests regarding Odúbel Herrera's May 2019 arrest. We want:

4) A description of the information sought
5) The date the response was sent
6) The type of response your office sent (granted, denied or partial release)
If you determine that some but not all the information is exempt from disclosure and that you intend to withhold it, I ask that you redact it for the time being and make the rest available on a rolling basis. In any event, please provide a signed notification citing the legal authorities on which you rely if you determine that any information is exempt and will not be disclosed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge and processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. 1. Response to the portion of the request for correspondence between the City of Atlantic City and representatives of Major League Baseball.
(Date of birth and cell phone number has been redacted).
2. Response to the portion of the request for police records regarding the arrest of Odubel Herrera.
The additional records that you requested including video related to this incident must be denied.
The request is covered by and exempt under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991.
All records maintained pursuant to this act shall be confidential and shall not be made available
to any individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law. N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33.
