If the County’s final costs for responding to your request are less than the estimate deposit paid, then this will be reflected on the final invoice and you will be refunded the difference. An invoice will be sent to you for the amount of the estimate deposit in a separate email. Please follow the instructions in that email to make payment. RE: County Records Request of April 17, 2023, Reference # C002206-042123 Dear Tom Nash, Arlington County received a public records request from you on April 17, 2023. Your request mentioned: Metadata for all email communications sent or received, including being cced or BCCed, by David Povlitz sent or received between 8/22/2019 and 4/15/2023
containing at least one of the following keywords: "Amazon'', "Neighbors App" and "Ring".
The specific metadata data points I'm interested in are: to address(es), from address, cc address(es), bcc address(es), sent date/time, received date/time, subject line, and if there is an email attachment. This request does not seek the contents of the emails themselves, and only the specified email metadata. Please provide me with the records in an Excel format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if
not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
