Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Visitor logs of the meetings on the following dates, including the name of any organisations an attendee may have represented in the meeting as well as their respective occupation. If Visitor logs are unavailable, please create a list of attendees based on other existing information related to the meetings in question.
- Any minutes, notes either handwritten or typed of the cited meetings, if possible please include video footage, audio recordings, powerpoint slides, pamphlets, memos or any other existing documentation that captured the content of what was discussed.
- Any photos taken before, during and/or after the meetings.

The meetings of interest where held by Senator Clark in room 272 , on the following dates:

Nicole, thank you for the verification. Upon researching the records you have requested, I realized that we are not the custodian of the information you are requesting under the Freedom of Information Act. The meetings in room 272 under Senator Clark’s name are not legislative meetings and as such, we do not keep any of this information. In addition, if we were to have been involved in any way in these meetings, the information you are requesting is exempt from the FOIA under Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b)(7) as it is the “unpublished memoranda, working papers, and correspondence of ... members of the General Assembly..."
