Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
For all elections held within the State of Arizona, please provide:
• Formal and recommended procedures and policies for the submission of complaints, issues, malfunctions, or other concerns regarding the voting process, including all issues or complaints relevant to the method of voting (paper ballots, machines, mobile voting, or other applicable means), its accessibility, and its security
• All memorandums or directives issued to precinct-level entities related to the administration of the voting process
• All complaints, reports, and other records of issues or problems related to primary and general elections (conducted or anticipated) within this state for the period from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
