Arizona DOC inspection schedules

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

All inspection schedules from 2000 through 2015. Department Order 606 states, "The Deputy Director...In consultation with agency Division Directors, is responsible for establishing inspection schedules."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your message. I'm interested in the inspection schedule identified in Department Order 606: Internal Inspections Program (https://corrections.az.gov/sites/default/files/policies/600/0606.pdf). I've attached a screenshot of the relevant section, which states that the Deputy Director is responsible for establishing inspection schedules.
