Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to access records the county has in relation to its Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software. I would like to see a request for proposal if one was created, proposals from CAMA vendors, and a contract between the selected vendor and the county.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
This request is filed by Tom Nash, a citizen of Virginia, in coordination with William Dittman.

Good Afternoon,
I am in receipt of the attached FOIA request.
I also received an email for the same information on June 9, 2021 from a Mr. William Dittman which I replied to the same day at 2:52 P.M. requesting his address within the Commonwealth of VA. I did not get any response and then received this fax this morning which is stating a Tom Nash is requesting this information for Mr. Dittman. Before starting the search for records responsive to this request I will need to be provided with the address within the Commonwealth for Mr. Tom Nash.
I would also like to mention that our office will be closed tomorrow June 18, 2021 for the Juneteenth holiday. Once I have received the address for the requestor the 5 day period will start for responding to this request.
If you have any questions please let me know otherwise I will await the address information that I have requested.
