Citizen's Bank Letter - Amherst, NY Police Department - Hand Delivered

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

On June 3, 2019, a police officer from the Amherst, New York Police Department hand delivered a Citizen's Bank letter to 48 Claremont Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223. Upon requesting to see the police report pertaining to the Citizen's Bank letter, the Amherst, NY Police Officer could not provide one. Please provide the following.

1.) Any and all records pertaining to the Amherst, NY Police Departments June 3, 2019 visit to 48 Claremont Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223 - including, but not limited to: the hand delivered letter by the Amherst, NY Police Officer (see attached photo), any and all police reports, narratives, and complaints regarding the APD June 3, 2019 visit to 48 Claremont Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223.

2.) Any and all communications between the Amherst, NY Police Department and Citizen's Bank regarding the June 3, 2019 APD visit to 48 Claremont Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223

3.) Any and all police reports, complaints, and narratives listing Patrick Santora as the complainant.

If redactions are made, please redact in the the color black.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
