Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
- A log of, or records that reflect, all Freedom of Information Law requests submitted to the district since January 1, 2016 or as far back as such records are kept.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

There is not a single document that has been kept to track FOIL requests.
In order to create this document, which would only go back to 7/1/2020
would cost the following amount:
4 hrs @ 75.00 per hour = 300.00
Please let me know if you plan to pay this fee for the work to be done.

In response to the received appeal, the District stands by the need for a
fee and the willingness to generate the document you requested. In my
August 16, 2022 response I noted that it would only go back to 7/1/2020.
Since that response, I was able to locate FOIL records of the years
preceding 2020. They will also be provided to you per your request.
However, I do believe the work remaining can be completed in 2 hours.
Therefore, a fee of $150 would be required to process this FOIL request.
Please let me know if you plan to pay this updated fee for the work to be
completed.
