to narrow down your search in any way? We have identified over 5,000
emails and attachments. Our standard fee is .25 per page. Please let me
know if you would like us to proceed in securing these documents for you
and that you are willing to pay the fees associated with the request. I
can provide a final page total and cost if you're in agreement to move
forward.

How many of these emails/attachments are in print form that require copying?

In my previous email, I had asked for a narrowed search and there was no
mention of that in your response. The initial FOIL request is broad and
general and of the 9283 pages, there is a chance that it may be completely
irrelevant to your records search.
Without consideration of a narrowing of the search criteria, then an
additional 30 days will be requested to review these 9283 pages of
emails/attachments/documents. I will send a fee that excludes copying or
scanning, but is limited to the cost on an hourly rate for the anticipated
amount of time that it will take several staff members to complete this
request.

I will check with my IT team. However, my initial thought is minimally,
the reduction would come with the correspondences (cc or bcc) with Ms.
Bennett being narrowed to particular committees or topics.

reduced to 391 pages. The cost associated with this request will be:
4 hours @ 50.00 = $200.00
2 hours @ 75.00 = $150.00
Total $350.00
