Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All emails and exchanges, meeting notes and/or documentation regarding the proposed polling station at Sunol Glen Unified School District for the special recall election for school board members Linda Hurley and Ryan Jergensen for the dates 3/1/24 through 4/16/24.
2. All phone records regarding the proposed polling station at Sunol Glen Unified School District for the special recall election for school board members Linda Hurley and Ryan Jergensen for the dates 3/1/24 through 4/16/24.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or document upload if available (or CD-ROM if not).

I write in response to the attached two requests you made to my client, the Registrar of Voters for the County of Alameda ("ROV"). Because your request potentially involves an examination of a voluminous amount of documents, a need to search and examine records from other establishments separate from the ROV (namely ITD), and a need to consult with another agency, the ROV invokes the 14 day extension under the CPRA. (See Cal. Gov't Code section 7922.535(b), (c).) The Registrar of Voters will respond to your request within 14 days, on or before May 10, 2024, indicating whether your request seeks public, disclosable records.
