To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

AtNight Media (formerly Original Media Group) requests audio files of any jail or prison visitation logs, commissary orders, letters sent or received, disciplinary records, virtual visit recordings and audio of phone calls placed by inmate Lori Vallow Daybell, or Lori Vallow (DOB June 26, 1973), who was found guilty on all charges against her on May 12 following a six-week trial that include murdering and conspiring to murder her son, JJ Vallow, her daughter, Tylee Ryan and conspiring to murder her husband's former wife, Tammy Daybell.May 24, 2023.

If more audio than what was initially released exists, we kindly ask for those to be included.

AtNight Media is a representative of the news media and is primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public.

If this request is unclear, please contact me to allow revisions rather than deny the request. Similarly, if the requested data are available only in part, please fulfill the portion of the request that is available rather than denying it in full. For example, notes or reports are available/subject to release but personal identifying information are not, reply with the report summary and omit sensitive information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Nik Hatziefstathiou
