Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I'm looking for documents pertaining to the department's usage the COPLINK or COPLINKX software from January 1, 2018 until the date this request is processed.
1. Invoices or receipts for the purchase of any the COPLINK or COPLINKX product/service
2. Communications, internal memos or directives that mention Coplink, Face Match, or FaceMatch
3. MOU's or Information Sharing Agreements about COPLINK or COPLINKX
4. Brochures or product/service specifications about COPLINK.
5. Privacy policies, manuals, briefings mentioning COPLINK or COPLINKX
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
