I want to request records from Regional Transportation District (RTD), a public transit provider in the Denver area. Their website states that they are subject to the Colorado Open Records Act: http://rtd-denver.com/PublicTransparency.shtml

Is there a way I can submit requests to RTD via MuckRock? Like an “add new agency” option? Currently they are not in the list of agencies available so I cannot file a request.

Hi Chris,

If any agency doesn’t appear in the dropdown, you can just put in its name and it’ll be added to our database. Let me know if you run into any problems with this!

I added the agency in the request page like you suggested. A week later request is still labeled “processing” - am i missing something, or is there a way i can move this along?
