Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any documents with Harry Hamiltons name on it. Complaints filed, calls for service, and or criminal investigations from August of 2022 through November of 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Harry Hamilton. DOB 06/06/1961.
Felicia Hamilton Date of Birth:05/10/1966.. I believe Felicia worked at the Jail as a nurse. Do you have records of that as well?

We hire a 3rd party company to provide medical at the jail, so I do not have any records. You’d have to contact the jail to find out who that company was at that time. However, it looks like at the time of the only incident I found, she was no longer an employee.
I do see one incident as mentioned above where William Hamilton tried to report identity theft against Felicia and Harry, but it turned out the jurisdiction was not ours so it ended up going to Fort Collins Police Dept. Their case number is FC23-2175. You would need to contact them for the report on this case.
We do not have any other cases or activity on Felicia or Harry..
