Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any reports, interviews, or similar investigative material in the department’s possession related to investigated Use of Force incidents involving WPD officers that caused Great Bodily Injury as defined by the state legislature (Injuries requiring 10 or more sutures and/or staples, Broken bones, All head injuries, Any injury deemed as serious. “Serious bodily injury” means injuries that involve a substantial risk of death, unconsciousness, protracted and obvious disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member or organ.) Apologies if you already have this information posted to your website to comply with SB 1421 but I do not seem to be able to find it posted.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
